I would like a recipe for Homemade Ice Cream of Coconut. I searched and found online that require a lot of coconut milk and coconut. Seeking all that's made as a Vanilla Ice Cream, but with the extract of coconut.

Cream 1 1 / 2 cups of heavy
1 1 / 2 cup shredded coconut sugar (optional)
Combine milk and coconut milk into the bowl of a food processor or blender and mix well. Cream and shredded coconut.
Pour the mixture into a container of ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
Do not confuse sweetened cream of coconut used in this recipe with coconut milk or unsweetened whipped cream. The sweetness of this recipe comes from the coconut cream.
