Ok I'm almost 14th Wrists are very thin and I kind of shame. I can put my little finger and thumb them is that thin! I think I'm over 10 pounds. I am a very atheltic and like all good food. I drink milk and water. I eat fruit and vegetables. I still can not get more weight! please help? and no idea how I can get my arms bigger? Besides, I had Spert my growth. Thank you!
